If your account is linked to an email:
Change your account password:

- Click "Old website"
- Click "Log In."
- At the bottom of the page, click "Did you forget your password?"
- Enter your email in the designated box and click "Send Password."
- You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Open the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Update the password of the email linked to your account:
- Ensure that you change the password for the email linked to your account (if previously verified).
Use a completely new password:
- Avoid using old passwords that you have used before.
If your account is connected to Facebook, Apple ID, or Huawei ID:
- Please change the passwords for the linked accounts, ensuring you do not use an old password.
If the issue persists after following the above steps:
- Please collect the necessary information and share it with us via the Help Center by clicking the 'No' button below, then selecting 'chat with Us'.
