1. If your account is linked to an email:

   Change your account password:

   • Visit www.jawaker.com through your browser.
   • Click "Log In."
   • At the bottom of the page, click "Did you forget your password?"
   • Enter your email in the designated box and click "Send Password."
   • You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Open the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.

   Update the password of the email linked to your account:

   • Ensure that you change the password for the email linked to your account (if previously verified).

   Use a completely new password:

   • Avoid using old passwords that you have used before.

2. If your account is connected to Facebook, Apple ID, or Huawei ID:

   • Please change the passwords for the linked accounts, ensuring you do not use an old password.

3. If the issue persists after following the above steps:

   • Please collect the necessary information and share it with us via the Help Center by clicking the 'No' button below, then selecting 'chat with Us' and following the steps outlined below:
     • Select "Settings" then "Account Settings."
     • After that, choose "Hacked Account."
     • Provide us with all required information to assist you.
