When you make a purchase on the application, the bundle is added to your account immediately, but sometimes it may happen that the bundle is not added immediately. If this happens on your account, please follow the steps below:
1.Exit the application and remove it from the newly used applications.
2. Re-enter the store.
3. The bundle will be automatically added to your account.
Note: If you perform the above steps and do not receive the bundle on your account, please provide the Customer Support Team with the purchase receipt that contains the reciept number starting with GPA, so that the package can be tracked and added to your account.
